How to enter
Read the important information, things are different this year.
Fill out this friendly form.
You will be asked to include an image that is representative of the pieces that you wish to enter, and can be used on the website to promote your work. Please, please save this image with the title SWS26FirstnameSurname. We cannot tell you how many files called something like IMG_7058.jpeg we have in the system, we don’t want to lose you.
Entries close at midnight 20 November 2026. (Please note the other important dates listed below.)
After this, we will contact you to discuss your entry, and if you are successful to ask for more information and payment of the entry fee.
This is going to be fun!
Important information
Works must be really small! 10 x 10 cm or smaller.
Works can be in any physical medium. This includes 3D works.
Works must be unframed.
Works must be for sale. This is gift-giving season, so think about art that would make a perfect present.
Works must be for sale for one of these five price points: $50, $75, $100, $150 or $200.
We will not be charging commission on sales of artworks.
This is not a competition, there will be no judging of your work. But if we feel the work does not reflect the general standard of work submitted, we may not be able to accept it.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ENTER?
The entry fee is $50 for up to four pieces / $80 for five to eight pieces. Once we have reviewed your entry you will receive an email with information on how to pay.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD MY WORK BE?
A single 2D work must be 10 x 10 cm or smaller.
A single 3D work must be 10 x 10 x 10 cm or smaller.
HOW MANY PIECES CAN I SUBMIT?
You can enter either up to FOUR or up to EIGHT pieces.
